Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate maternity care with guidance from senior clinicians as needed
- Communicate effectively with families and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
- Provide patient education and offer clinical guidance as appropriate
- Support, supervise, and orientate staff and students
- Contribute to achieving organisational and clinical service objectives
- Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and patient‑centred care
Key Skills / Qualifications Required
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Midwife (or Registered Nurse/Midwife)
- Commitment to quality maternity care and patient satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing learning, development, and reflective practice
Salary & Bonus Benefits
- $82,945 – $106,630 per annum + 12% superannuation
